Leak Detection Powder
Our quiz makes it easy to get started. Just answer the following questions:
1. What Dust Collector Bag Options Do You Offer?
Leak detection powder is used to identify the source of any leaks in your dust collector. Typically used after filter changeouts, new installations, or if emissions are higher than usual, it allows you to quickly identify the leak source and correct it.
There are typically two reasons people change out their filters:
- Enough dust has embedded deep in the filter media restricting airflow and blinding the filters
- You have a hole/leak in your filter(s).
Acommon symptom of a dust collector leak is a significant drop in the dust collector's differential pressure. If you think there may be a hole/leak in your filter(s), you want to quickly and safely assess your system. Your dust collector is a major investment. Maintaining your system’s vital components plays a critical role in keeping production downtime and maintenance costs to a minimum.
U.S. Air Filtration stocks and supplies leak detection powder to help address any system leaks. The leak detection powder glows under ultraviolet light, helping you track down the source of hard to find leaks. It can be used on existing filters or when new filters are installed to ensure proper installation.
Our leak detection powder is non-toxic and eliminates the need for time-consuming hand-eye bag inspections. It works safely on all types of dust collectors.
We can supply dust collector leak powder in many colors. To minimize plant downtime, we also offer same day and next day shipping for urgent requests. Contact us at 888-221-0312 or email email@example.com. for help with leak detection powder.
Cones and Nozzles
U.S. Air Filtration, Inc. has a wide selection of cones and nozzles in stock for your pulse jet cartridge dust collector. Our cones and nozzles are designed to improve pulse jet cleaning and efficiency by creating even pressure along the cartridge filters when pulsed.
Installing dust collector cones and nozzles in your pulse jet system can improve filter life and system performance by directing air evenly across the entire filter media when the system is pulsed.
We can help you optimize your cleaning system by computer modeling your existing system. We offer same day and next day shipping for urgent requests and can help find the right solution to your rush order. To learn more about applications cones and nozzles and how they can improve your operation, call us at 888-221-0312 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
A dump valve (also known as a double dump valve, flat gate valve, or double flap gate valve) controls the rate of material flow through a system more efficiently than a rotary valve. Because there are two gates, one of which is always closed, the pressure drop from inlet to outlet is always maintained. A dump valve endures much less wear and tear than a regular rotary valve, making it last longer and keeping maintenance costs down.
Our dump valves are available with pneumatic, gravity and electric operators. These valves are widely used in the following industries: cement, fly ash, iron ore, paper, and bulk powders. U.S. Air Filtration, Inc. offers a wide variety of slide gates to meet your dust collection and feeder needs. From simple, manual slide gates that temporarily seal off your hopper while you change your dust collector drum, to automated electric or pneumatically controlled feeder applications, we can deliver the right option for you. Here is a list of frequently asked questions we may ask you about your project. Call us at 888-221-0312 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. to learn how we can help.
Emission monitoring has become increasingly important for a wide range of industries, and the easiest way to avoid fines and comply with regulations is with proper monitoring/testing equipment.
U.S. Air Filtration can supply a complete range of particulate and gas emission monitoring equipment. We will work to meet your plant’s requirements by providing you the best options. Depending on your specific industry and its regulations, we can help you choose the equipment that is right for you and your dust collection system. Contact us at 888-221-0312 or email email@example.com.
Couplings are commonly used to make dust collection installations easier. U.S. Air Filtration, Inc. supplies a complete line of dust collector couplings and bulkhead connectors to supplement other dust collection parts and equipment. We carry brand name couplings manufactured by Goyen, Telsco, Guardian and Turbo. Our couplings can accommodate any application, configuration or size. For help with your couplings call us at 888-221-0312 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
U.S. Air Filtration, Inc. stocks a complete line of motors and starters for your fans, blowers, and rotary airlocks. We deliver fast, reliable service, and will help you find the best solution to rush order. Call us at 888-221-0312 or email email@example.com. for help.
Pre-coating new bags provides a conditioning of clean filter media, protects the media from early fouling if any hydrocarbons are present and may also act as a filter aid until a stable dust cake forms.
U.S. Air Filtration, Inc. offers perlite pre-coat material for use when new filter bags are installed. Our pre-coat material is inexpensive, easy to use and effective. A 35-55 micron particle size provides a filter cake which is porous, non-toxic, non-reactive and packaged in easy to handle 20 lb. bags.
We can also help you design pre-coat delivery systems to meet your specific needs.
If you are looking for same day service and next day shipping, we offer that as well. Let us help you find the best solution to rush orders. Contact us at 888-221-0312 or email
