Troubleshooting is the "key". Often the bags are over-pulsed due to improper time settings on the timer board or the lack of a differential pressure controller. This can cause unnecessary wear. Sometimes the valves need to be rebuilt prior to bag replacement. This can extend bag life and often give bags longer life. These and many other considerations are necessary if you are to get the most out of your filter bags.
