U. S. Air Filtration designs, manufactures and turnkey installs Baghouse Conversions from Shaker type design to new Pulse Jet Technology.
By converting your old shaker equipment structure, screw conveyors, discharge valves electrical and foundations can remain in tact as well as all inlet piping. This can add up to a significant cost saving over new installations. Slight modifications are sometimes required to outlet piping. New fans can be installed to increase airflow by as much as 100%. New pulse jet technology can allow for increased airflow because of "High Energy" cleaning. Systems can be designed with High Headers and even High Inlets to allow for easy maintenance and no can velocity. To confirm a price all you need is the width and length of the existing collector along with the existing air flow and bag area.
