T3 Series

Superior performance, easy maintenance diaphragm valve available with threaded ports (T3 Series), dresser nut ports (DD3 Series) or flange and slide ports (FS3 Series). Outlet at 90 degrees to inlet. 3 Series valves are available as remote pilot valves and may be converted to integral pilot applications through the use of the screw in pilots of the MIP and 3DS series. All 3 Series valves are supplied with CASTEC® protection, offering 500 hours resistance to salt spray.

Suitable for:

Goyen T Series valves are high performance diaphragm valves with threaded ports. Available with an integral pilot or as a remotely piloted valve. Outlet at 90 degrees to inlet (considered to be the most optimal design for dust collector applications).

This design offers ease of installation, low restriction to air flow, and an excellent cleaning pulse. The valve has female threaded ports on the inlet and outlet, facilitating secure installation to the header-manifold tank threaded stud pipe. Features seven sizes, spare parts kits available, and solenoid coils available in standard AC and DC voltages.

Suitable for:

Dust collector applications, in particular for reverse pulse jet filter cleaning including bag filters, cartridge filters, envelope filters, ceramic filters, and sintered metal fibre filters.

Goyen DD Series valves provide the same efficiency and reliability as the T Series, with the added benefit of a double dresser compression coupling, providing quick and simple installation.  These are high performance diaphragm valves with dresser nut ports. Available with either integral pilot solenoids (CA Models) or remote pilot solenoids (RCA Models). Outlet 90 degrees to inlet.

Goyen MM Series dust collector valves are a very high performance valve, developed specifically to meet a growing need for a diaphragm valve that would integrate directly into a header tank. This valve is designed to be mounted directly into the compressed air manifold. This offers the advantages of improved valve flow characteristics, ease of on-site installation, elimination of some fittings and scope to offer customized products.  MM valves offer improved flow characteristics through the valve outlet into the blow tube because the valve is integral to the header-manifold-tank. These valves are designed to fit square or round header tanks fitted with adaptors.

1" and 1.5" models are supplied with outlet pipes to length specified. 3" model is supplied without outlet pipes.

Additional construction:

Body, cover, seal retainer and compression coupling connectors are pressure die cast aluminum.  The pipe connecting the top and bottom sections is schedule 40 steel of commercial quality.  Seals and o-rings are nitrile rubber for temperatures between -40 and 82 degrees C.  For higher temperatures, Viton seals and o-rings are available. The ferrule and plunger for the CA versions are stainless steel.

Goyen FS Series dust collector valves are revolutionary in design with flanged inlet port and slide seal outlet port for easy valve installation and removal.  The blow tube slides into the valve outlet and is restrained at the end remote from the valve.  This feature, combined with a valve outlet long enough to protrude into the baghouse, provides a great opportunity to reduce costs while facilitating easier filter servicing. 

Available with integral pilot or as remotely piloted valve. Outlet at 90 degrees to inlet.

The FS Series valve bodies and covers are manufactured from glass filled nylon.  Both the 25FS and 45FS models are available in pressure die cast aluminum or stainless steel bodies and covers.  General purpose diaphragms are made of Buena Nitrile reinforced with nylon mesh.  For high temperature applications, Viton kits are available.  The 20FS uses only neoprene diaphragm material rated at 0-60 degrees C.

Goyen Pilot Solenoid Valves & Enclosures

RCA3D Remote Pilot Solenoids control the actuation of dust collector diaphragm valves, and are suitable for all Goyen dust collector diaphragm valves.  Goyen Solenoid valves are available in 12 Volt DC, 24 Volt DC, 120 Volt AC and most other common voltages.  Below, see examples of the different types of connections.  Additionally, if you are looking for valves and enclosures suitable for external locations, or hazardous areas, Goyen offers a range of valves that will serve your needs.  These models are specifically designed to ensure the correct operation of the diaphragm valves that they control.  Our most popular model is the RCA3D2T, which is featured in the table below.  This solenoid powers the majority of the Goyen diaphragm valves.
