Mecair Diaphragm Valves
The Mecair range of diaphragm valves are designed for the cleaning of dust collector filters with compressed air. the right angle high flow design controls the reverse pulsse airflow into filters for optimal cleaning. The extensive range offered by mecair provide reverse pulse filter manufactures with many options when considering performance, design, ease of installation and maintenance.
All Mecair Diaphragm Valves are made of die-cast aluminium with an anodising treatment that protects the valve from corrosive and environmental agents. For special applications, valves are also available in stainless steel (AISI 316L). Mecair offers valves sizes including 1/2in, 3/4in, 1in, 1 1/2in single and double diaphragm, 2in, 2 1/2in and 3in double diaphragm valves - all valves are available with solenoid pilot on board or with pneumatic fittings for remote command. Fully patented full immersion system with a complete range of sizes as above - this system offers a performance increase of between 10% to 20% when compared to the traditional diaphragm valves.

200 Series The 200 Series range of diaphragm valves comprises 7 models from 20mm (3/4") to 76mm (3") all with threaded female connections. The right angle high flow design ensures an extremely fast opening time, high flowrates and ease of installation. 400 Series The 400 Series range of diaphragm valves comprises 6 models from 25mm (1") to 76mm (3"), designed primarily for direct fitment to square header tanks. Like the "full immersion" solution, the 400 Series provides manufacturers of reverse pulse filters with performance and installation benefits in excess of traditional diaphragm valves. The 400 series range of diaphragm valves are constructed in anodized die-cast aluminum providing protection from corrosive and environmental conditions.

Mecair Header Tanks and Full Immersion System
Mecair is a world leader in the manufacture of header tanks. The Mecair patented "full immersion" system consists of a round header tank with fully integrated 500 Series diaphragm valves. The 500 series diaphragm valves provide manufactures f reverse pulse filters with performance and installation benefits far in excess of traditional diaphragm valves.
Manufactured in accordance with CE directive, the fully immersed system is available in 4 tank diameters (5", 6", 8" & 10"). Header tanks are manufactured in carbon steel and stainless steel, AISI304L and AISI316L.

Mecair Electronic Controls and Continuous Emission Monitors
In reverse pulse dust collectors, a cleaning system controller must activate the filter bag or cartridge cleaning function. Mecair manufactures a complete range of cleaning system controllers with many features, providing maximized efficiency for the operation of reverse pulse dust collectors. Mecair utilizes a microprocessor technology. Mecair offers a complete range of cleaning system controllers for all reverse pulse filter applications, including: the basic sequencer Model MTS, the 'top filter control' Model ECO (a controller providing full filter analysis including broken bag detectors and infrared probes) and the newest MSC controller, a master and slave system. Mecair uses and implements infrared and tribo electric probe technology in its continuous emission monitoring systems that are suitable for any application.

Mecair Solenoid Pilot Valves and Accessories
Mecair solenoid pilot valves are used in reverse pulse filter cleaning systems to operate diaphragm valves from a remote location. Pilot valves can be mounted individually (model PRV8) or in multi-valve enclosures (models CSN or the explosion proof CXD). The Mecair range of multi valve enclosures provide a cost effective method of housing solenoid pilot valves. Features such as common exhaust, pre-wired common connections and anodized aluminum housings are standard features of this range. All Mecair enclosures are manufactured in accordance with the new ATEX legislation 94/9/EC. Mecair offers a complete range of accessories such as bulkhead connectors, pipe seals etc.
