Summary of Information Requested

It is important to us that we find out what is important to you, and offer the most effective solution for your specific dust collector needs. 

To accomplish that, we will need to know as much of the following information from you as possible:

  • Quantity?  Lead Time?
  • Original manufacturer of the dust collector or filter bag?
  • Is it a shaker, reverse air, top load, or pulse jet dust collector?
  • How does the bag load?  What is the cell plate size?
  • What is the top and bottom configuration of the filter bag?
  • What is the material of the dust collector filter bag?
  • If you don’t know the material, do you know the inlet temperature, material being filtered, and / or if the material is abrasive or corrosive?
  • Anything else that is important to you, or we may be missing?  i.e.  ground wire, wear strip, membrane, etc.

Filter Bag Medias:

U.S. Air Filtration Inc., makes filter bags in Fiberglass, Fiberglass w/ Teflon B and PTFE membrane, P84, P84 w/ PTFE membrane, Teflon w/ PTFE membrane, PPS or Ryton, PPS or Ryton w/ PTFE membrane,  Aramid, Nomex, Aramid w/ PTFE Membrane, Nomex w/ PTFE membrane, Polyester, Duo Density Polyester, Polyester w/ PTFE membrane, and more…    These medias are supplied in various ounces and treatments.  Anti-static, fire-retardant, oleophobic, and other treatments are available.

Accommodating Lead Times:

U.S. Air Filtration stocks over 80,000 filter bags, and various types of medias in order to meet demanding lead times.  Shut-down time is too expensive to be with out filter bags, and AQMD fines are too extreme to run without proper filtration.
