Conversions

U.S. Air Filtration can convert your baghouse system including: dust collectors, bag type dust collectors, cartridge collectors, cyclone collectors, and electrostatic collectors. We can work with all of the top dust collector manufacturers including: AAF, Air Equipment Engineering, BHA Co, Carter Day, Conair, CP Environmental, DCE Volkes, Dust Vent, Dustex, EVO Corp, Fisher, Klosterman, Flex Kleen, Fuller, Fuller Dracco, Griffin Environmental, Hosokawa, IAC, Isser, Joy Mfg Co, Kinectic Dispersion, MAC, Mikro Corporation, Premier, Reimelt, Schick, Semco Shick, Silo Air, Sly, Smoot Co, Specialty Engineering, Swanson Machine, Torit, Wheelabrator, White and others. One of our experienced representatives stands ready to assist you when you call 888-221-0312.

By converting your old baghouse or shaker equipment structure, many things can remain intact, such as screw conveyors, discharge valves, electrical components, inlet piping, and foundations. This can truly result in a significant cost savings over the option of a new installation. Slight modifications are sometimes required to outlet piping and wear and tear may require replacement of the above parts. With the addition of new fans, airflow can be increased by as much as 100%. If the conversion includes new pulse jet technology, a converted dust collector can have inceased airflow because of high energy cleaning. Systems can be designed with high-headers and even high inlets to allow for easy maintenance. To confirm a price all you need is the width and length of the existing dust collector along with the existing air flow and bag area. Based on your specific application, our engineers can recommend new airflow rates and give pricing for new units including estimated costs for turnkey installations. Contact us at 888-221-0312.
