Tile Plant Dust Collection: Case Study
High-pressure Silo Baghouse Conversions

The Problem: Tile manufacturing plant.  Client is the global leader of the design and manufacturing of flooring, ceilings, and cabinets.  At this particular plant, the material used in tile manufacturing is stored in a storage silo and is pumped into the plant.  The dust created by the movement of the material into the plant created a health risk for workers and required ventilation out of the plant. 
Location: Downey, CA
Installation Date: 2001
Type of Pollutant: Cement Dust/ Ceramic Dust
Airflow: Dust collector filtering 2,000 CFM each
