Foundry Case Study
Induction Melting, Sand System, Mold Cooling, Casting Cooling & Shoot Blast Baghouse Dust Collection Systems
| Project Description: |
Client is worldwide leader in "one-stop shop" casting, machining and sub-assembly processes and is currently installing major plant expansion with a new Disa line, sand system, melting department, casting cooling & blast cabinet. USAF installed 4 new pulse-jet baghouses to control particulate for multiple areas throughout the plant expansion. To assure environmental agency compliance, special monitoring equipment has been installed to record emissions and capture efficiencies. USAF provided client with emission guarantee for each system. |
