High flow, long life, and fast openings combine to offer superior design for the dust collector system. Available for remote pilot valve operation with the solenoid enclosure or the integral solenoid pilot operation. For the connection, TAEHA valves offer screw, coupling, and flange type valves. Viton diaphragm valves are offered for your higher temperature application needs.

TAEHA (also known as TAE-HA) timer boards offer an accurate TN timer series, according to the crystal movement and the EP-ROM pack. All Tae-Ha timers can set accurate time in digital mode. The time setting of TN series is consisted of pulse time and interval time. All exterior controls give you the safe and convenient control function. Aluminum die-cast enclosure will make your system more effective. TAEHA features three types of timers: TNE Timers, TNX Timers, and PNC-12N Timers. TAEHA (also known as TAE-HA) solenoid enclosures for remote control of the main pulse valves (remote type only) are protected by aluminum die-casted dust and water-proof enclosures. The two-way plastic injected body with insert tab, and the terminal screw on the coil facilitate easy installation and easy maintenance. The pilot valve enclosure can be made available with an internally fitted heating device of 80 watts, which allows automatic temperature control to avoid freezing and malfunction at a low temperature (down to -25¡É). This pilot solenoid enclosure saves considerable installation costs. Compact design assures long life and minimal maintenance.

TAEHA (also known as TAE-HA) filter bags use a unique needle punching line, giving you the best quality of fabric itself and welding technology applied to PE, PP, and Ryton material fabric instead of sewing. USAF can supply a TAEHA welded tube and also finished TAEHA bag.
TAEHA (also known as TAE-HA) offers two models of venturi, the TV-140 and TV-160. With a TAEHA venturi, superior cleaning efficiency often permits the selection of higher air-to-cloth ratios, thus allowing smaller units to provide sufficient cleaning. The De’Laval nozzle will enhance the velocity and flow quantity two to seven times and will change the air-stream direction to easily eliminate the dust.

TAEHA (also known as TAE-HA) airbanks were built with the consumer in mind. Convenience and easy installation of air headers with fully fitted pulse valve and all accessories by CNC processing. Anodizing surface treatment of aluminum pipe only prevents the rust and operational error but also provide elegant appearance. No need cutting, welding, tapping which are time-consuming and costly for manufacturing. Inserting valve into airbank can generate high dedust efficiency and be cost effective by maximizing airflow and minimizing pressure loss. Airbank features easy replacement of spare part and convenient installation by using aluminum airheader cover built in mounting bracket with fully assembled pressure gauge, drain cock, main inlet valve. Round type header pipe meets US and EU pressure container safety guideline.
